Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the conditions governing the use of the online store (the “Service”) operated by ASAP Inc. (the “Company”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service and use the Service only after agreeing to them.

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms apply to all matters relating to the use of the Service between the customer and the Company.

Article 2 (Prohibited Activities)

When using the Service, customers must not engage in any of the following activities:

Activities that violate applicable laws, regulations, public order, or accepted standards of morality

Activities that infringe upon the rights of other users or third parties

Registering or providing false information

Article 3 (Purchase of Products)

Customers may purchase products from the Company through the Service. A sales contract is formed when the Company sends the customer an order confirmation after the purchase process has been completed.

Article 4 (Returns and Exchanges)

Returns and size exchanges are accepted only if the item is returned within 10 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Used items and items with removed tags cannot be returned.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be held liable in the following circumstances:

Delivery delays caused by natural disasters or delays by the shipping carrier

Differences in color between product images and the actual product
