Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") set out the terms and conditions for using the online store (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") operated by ASAP Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Please read the Terms carefully before using the Service and agree to them before use.

Article 1 (Application)

The Terms apply to all relationships between the customer and the Company in connection with the use of the Service.

Article 2 (Prohibited Acts)

The following acts are prohibited when using the Service:

  • Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals

  • Acts that infringe upon the rights of other users or third parties

  • Registration of false information

Article 3 (Purchase of Products)

Customers may purchase the Company's products through the Service. A sales contract is concluded when the Company sends a confirmation notice of the order after the purchase procedure is completed.

Article 4 (Returns and Exchanges)

Returns and size exchanges are accepted only when the Company is contacted within 10 days after the product arrives. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Used products or products with tags removed cannot be returned.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Company assumes no responsibility in the following cases:

  • Delivery delays caused by natural disasters or by the shipping carrier

  • Differences in color between the product images and the actual product
