To ensure that our customers can shop with confidence, we handle returns and refunds in accordance with the following policy.
■ Returns and Exchanges
Returns and size exchanges are accepted only if the item is sent back and received by us within 10 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
● Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
The item must be unused and only tried on indoors.
All product tags, labels, and other attachments must remain intact and attached.
The item must be returned in time to arrive at our store within 10 days of the delivery date.
● Returns and Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted If
The item has been worn outdoors or shows clear signs of use.
Any tags or accessories have been lost or damaged.
The item has acquired scratches, stains, or odors while in the customer’s possession, including perfume or tobacco odors.
The item is a sale item, lucky bag item, or otherwise clearly marked as non-returnable.
● Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. Please send the item back using a prepaid shipping method.
■ Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the applicable method within 7 business days.
● Refund Methods
Credit card payments: The refund will be issued through the card company used for the original purchase.
Bank transfer payments: The refund will be transferred to the bank account specified by the customer. Bank transfer fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
