Returns & Refund Policy

To ensure your peace of mind when shopping with us, our store handles returns and refunds according to the policy below.

■ Returns and Exchanges

Returns and size exchanges are accepted only when contact is made within 10 days after the product arrives, subject to the following conditions.

● Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • The product must be unused and only tried on indoors

  • Product tags and labels must not have been removed

  • Contact requesting the return must be made within 10 days of the product's arrival

● Conditions Under Which Returns/Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted

  • If the product has been worn outdoors or shows clear signs of use

  • If tags or accessories have been lost or damaged

  • If the product has been scratched, soiled, or has acquired odors (perfume, cigarette smoke, etc.) while in the customer's possession

  • Sale items, lucky bags, or other items clearly marked as non-returnable

● Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Please ship returns prepaid (customer pays shipping).


■ Refunds

After we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process the refund within 7 business days using the method you specify.

● Refund Methods

  • Credit card payment: Refund processed through your card issuer

  • Bank transfer: Refunded to the bank account you specify (a transfer fee may be deducted)

● Costs Not Eligible for Refund

  • Return shipping costs

  • Bank transfer fees (in the case of refunds by bank transfer)

* Credit card payment processing fees are covered by our store and will not be charged to the customer.

 


■ How to Request a Return

Please contact us by email (levano.offi@gmail.com) with the following information:

  1. Order number

  2. Your name

  3. Name of the product you wish to return or exchange

  4. Reason (e.g., size does not fit)

We will reply with the return shipping address and instructions.
