Shipping Method and Delivery Time
About Shipping Methods The shipping method is determined by our store, and customers are generally unable to select it.
We also do not generally accept requests for specific delivery dates or time slots.
For items in stock, products are usually delivered within 3 days after the purchase is completed.

*2: For out-of-stock sizes or pre-order items, shipping may take additional time. Please check the estimated shipping date displayed below the size selection.
The above applies to shipping within Japan. For international shipping, please contact us individually.
Extended Absence / Refusal of Delivery
After shipment, the shipping carrier holds the package for "7 days from the first delivery attempt." If you receive a delivery notice, please contact the nearest depot listed on the notice to request redelivery promptly. If the package is returned to us due to extended absence, refusal of delivery, or similar reasons, the following fees will be charged for redelivery. Please note that we do not accept cancellations or refunds resulting from extended absence or refusal of delivery.
Repeated cases of extended absence or refusal of delivery may result in our declining future transactions. In addition, depending on past transaction history, if we determine that conduct is malicious, we may cancel or decline all transactions. Thank you for your understanding.

While we take great care to prevent scratches and dents on the outer packaging during preparation for shipment, damage may occur during transit due to handling by the shipping carrier. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding minor scratches or dents on the outer packaging that do not affect the use of the product itself.
Additionally, we shall be exempt from any liability if customers suffer damage due to service interruptions or operational suspensions. Production schedules may change without fault on our part, and delivery times may shift due to shipping carrier issues or delivery conditions. Please understand in advance.
